Health and Safety NORCAT's online General Safety Awareness (GSA) program provides work guidelines that employees should know and follow. The program highlights rules of conduct, personal protective equipment, personal hygiene, and safe work practices. NORCAT's online WHMIS training program meets the requirements of worker education in the classification and labeling of hazardous materials, and in the contents, purpose and significance of the information contained in material safety data sheets. Passport to Safety is a national, web-based young worker health and safety test and transcript service, offering youth the opportunity to test their health and safety knowledge.
